Cunstomer Terms and Conditions
Before you start using heydoor, please read over this document and make sure you understand how it’s all going to work. This page sets out the terms and conditions on which heydoor (ABN 57 405 272 775) (us, we or our) provide our goods and services through our Mobile Application (heydoor), websites heydoor.com.au and social media outlets.
What we offer
heydoor is a platform that allows you to purchase food/beverages/ products from participating third-party vendors for collection. You pay for the the products you order through heydoor app (Order) and collect your Order from outside the Venue’s door.
Acknowledge that much of the Content provided on heydoor relates to Advertiser products, services or information (Advertiser Content). We do try to endorse advertiser Content, and We do not warrant that Advertiser Content is accurate, reliable, suitable, complete or of a certain quality. However we encourage as much transparency, healthy options, good ethical practices & do business with people we are comfortable with.
To use heydoor, you are required to register an account, and you must:
- Be legally capable of forming binding contracts;
- Have a credit or debit card that we accept; and
be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have the owner’s permission to use it)
- You cannot transfer your heydoor account.
Placing an Order through heydoor
When you place an order through heydoor, it needs to be accepted by the vendor before it is confirmed. We will send you a notification if your order has is accepted. No changes can occur after submitting your order, so make sure you review your order carefully before finalising.
We charge your credit or debit card at the time when your order is confirmed.
From there it goes to our payment gateway, then to the vendor.
A Service Fee of 2.5% is charged for orders placed through your account on heydoor. This helps us run our platform and to continue to provide our services to everyone.
You are responsible for paying for all Orders and Service Fees made using your account.
Payment Card Fee
All charges relating to card transactions are paid for by the users.
Payment card fee is 2.2% of total order amount.

Estimated times for Order collections are provided by the Venues and are estimates only. Neither we nor the Venue guarantee that Orders will be available for collection within the estimated times .However it is our procedure for this to occur as efficiently & timely as possible.
Vendors information, including but not limited to trading hours, pictures, menu information (Venue Content), is not endorsed by us and we do not warrant that Venue Content is accurate, reliable, suitable, complete or of a particular quality.
However we do our very best in making sure our vendors are suitable for heydoor and share common grounds.
For information about allergy warnings, contents of a dish or any other menu information or Venue Content, you should confirm with the Venue directly before ordering.
If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, contact the vendor, café or restaurant if you’re unsure about their products.
Refunds or order issues.
Refunds and order issues are to be dealt directly with the store you purchased the goods from. Just like you would any other time you have gone in and purchased directly inside. heydoor is a system that connects you to the vendor’s door. Any issue with your order will be resolved as a normal order- directly with the vendor. You will find the vendors number on the order progress page and in the receipt page.
We collect, use and disclose personal information as set out in our Privacy Statement. This includes disclosing your personal information such as Name and contact number to vendors to supply your Order.
Using your information to help us improve our products and services and getting in touch to let you know about goods, services or promotions that may interest you.
Your Use of heydoor
While using heydoor, you will not:
- Breach any laws, third party rights, or the Content Standards;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of heydoor or anyone’s use of heydoor;
- Will not copy, scrape or reproduce content from heydoor, including information about third parties without their consent; or
- Will not provide Your heydoor log on credentials to any third party.
We love our pets and we want what’s best for them, so utilising heydoor when out walking your pet is the greatest thing & its what we want.
When you are using heydoor whilst out with your pet/s you will be legally responsible for the proper control and behaviour of your pet/s. Any injury to the public, staff or other animals whilst using heydoor is the user’s sole responsibility.
If the public or staff mistreat your pet whilst you receive your goods using heydoor’s service, please report to the police & also to heydoor with evidence such as police report & please first report to the authorities as we will not be held liable if such events occur.
We honestly hope they never will but just in case.
Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
While we use due care and skills in relation to the provision of heydoor, we do not warrant or guarantee that the heydoor will be continuously available, free from errors or omissions or provided to you within a particular time. If we fail to comply with a statutory guarantee under Australian Consumer Law (if it applies) or any term of this agreement, then we limit our liability for that failure to either supplying the product or service again, or paying you the cost of having the product or service supplied again.
Except for any express warranties set out in these terms and any term implied by law (that cannot be excluded), we provide no warranties or guarantees to you (including in relation to the performance of heydoor).
We are not liable for any loss to the extent that it was caused by you (for example, through your negligence or breach of contract).
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
Assignment and changes to these terms
You may not assign, delegate or transfer this agreement in whole or in part without our prior written consent.
We may assign, transfer or sublicense any or all of our rights or obligations under this agreement without restriction.
Your continued use of heydoor following any change will indicate your acceptance of the change.
If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using heydoor, and you can terminate your account by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Issues with Orders
All products, food and beverage preparation and safety are the sole responsibility of the Venue supplying the Order. You are responsible for enforcing any rights you may have. If you have any concerns when recieved your order, please go back and call the vendor and explain the issue to them directly as you would a normal customer ordering and paying in store. We do not run/manage customer orders like other food service apps. We are here to link you to the vendors when you are out and about.
If you believe there has been a mistake or unauthorised transaction on your account, please notify us along with details of the transaction at email@example.com, and we will investigate it. We will respond to you within two business days. You may also have rights to dispute transactions relating to heydoor charged to your scheme (e.g. Mastercard or Visa) credit or debit card with your bank. If you have such a transaction, you should contact Your bank for more information.
