  • How is heydoor different from other apps?

    heydoor is kind of like a Drive-Thru McDonalds, but on foot. With all the delivery apps on the market, delivery partners and customers have to go inside to collect their order along with click-and-collect. However, with heydoor we take the hassle out of your customers needing to go inside, with our brand new service procedure - that’s never been done before! Customers order and pay on the go with our app, find their way to your business and collect their order from your friendly staff outside your door.

  • Is there any cost involved in using heydoor?

    Cost For Customers There is a small service fee of 4.7% of the total order amount (inc. GST), which covers the card payment fee and helps us keep the app running, as well as fund the heydoor movement for customer exclusive events, discounts, giveaways and more! Eg: $10 order will be $10 + .47c = $10.47 Cost For Vendors There is 0% Commission (...that's right - no commission!). Vendors pay a small $55/month partnership fee which includes: social media marketing, digital publicity and an integrated loyalty program, with a month-to-month engagement and the option to cancel anytime with 30 days notice. That’s it!

  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?

    Once you successfully place an order via heydoor you will receive an order notification on your mobile & be taken directly to the 'live order status' screen in-app. Here you can see what stage your order is at and venue details including distance to the venue, the time left until it's ready and order number. There's even a map to follow in case it's your first time ordering at the location.

  • Can I contact the store if my order is wrong?

    Yes, you will have their contact number in the order screen just in case they have handed you the wrong item/s. Make sure you check your order once it's handed to you because genuine mistakes do happen. If it's not your order, call and meet them back at the door.

  • Does heydoor have a loyalty program?

    Yes, Heydoor tracks your loyalty cards in the one convenient place so you'll never miss a freebie again! To check your Loyalty cards, simply tap accounts in the bottom right hand corner and select “Your loyalty cards”'. You will see the most visited on top.

  • How do I add my card details or update them?

    During registration process you will be prompted through this process. Its very simple and easy to follow. Once you have registered and wish to change your card.. you go to accounts, tap payment, swipe left on the card you wish to remove. Once removed,you can now add your new card by tapping on the add credit/debit card image or words. Simply follow the prompt. You can add as many cards as you wish.

  • How do I reset my password?

    Go to your account page by tapping the account in the bottom right corner of the app. Tap on settings and at the bottom you will find the button to change password. Tap on change password and follow the prompts.
